Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, order details, and the garment photos you choose to upload. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch LaundryLink's servers.

How it's used. To operate your orders: the assigned delivery agent sees your name, addresses, phone, and garment photos for your order only; the store sees your order details and photos but not your payment information. Nobody sees another customer's data.

Photos are stored encrypted and served through expiring links. They're kept at least 24 months after an order completes as the accountability record.

Retention. Order records 36 months; payment receipts 7 years (financial records); notification logs 12 months. Deleting your account removes your profile, addresses, and payment methods; past orders are kept de-identified.

Email. We send transactional emails about your account and orders. Routine status emails can be adjusted in your notification preferences; receipts and security notices always send.

Cookies. The single consent you give at sign-up covers the session cookies the app needs to keep you logged in. No advertising trackers.
